ViralDownloader is a free, fast, and privacy-friendly online tool that helps people save public Facebook videos and Facebook Reels to their own devices. Our mission

Our mission is to make that single step easy, fast, and free for everyone, on any device, while always respecting the rights of the people who create that content.

What we do

ViralDownloader is a dedicated Facebook downloader. When you submit a public Facebook video or Reel link, our service reads the publicly available media information for that link and returns the highest-quality version we can, along with a smaller "Normal" option for slower connections or limited storage. Downloads are delivered as standard MP4 files that play on virtually any phone, tablet, or computer, and we do not add a watermark of our own.

How it works

• Copy the link of a public Facebook video or Reel (use the Share button, or copy the URL from your browser).
• Paste the link into the box on our homepage and press Download.
• Preview the video, choose HD or Normal quality, and save the MP4 to your device.

The entire process runs in your web browser. There is no app to install, no sign-up, and no subscription.

What we support

ViralDownloader works only with publicly accessible Facebook videos and Facebook Reels. We do not support private videos, friends-only posts, login-protected content, paid content, or any material protected by digital rights management (DRM).
